Who we are
Atlas Portrait (v2ph.cc) is a personal, non-commercial archive run by one person from the Netherlands. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect
Visitors have no accounts. We set one session cookie, needed to protect forms against forgery; it holds no personal profile and is deleted when the session ends. There are no advertising or analytics trackers.
When you send a takedown request we store your name (if given), email address, role, the address you report, your statement and your IP address. We use them only to handle the request.
How long we keep it
Your IP address is deleted 90 days after the request is closed. The rest of the request is kept so that a later dispute can be checked.
Photos
Every photo comes from an openly licensed source and is credited on its page. Location data (GPS) is removed from every file we store.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your data, and you may object to its use. Write to [email protected]. You may also complain to the Dutch supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
